Jeff grew up on Navy bases around the country and then served in the Navy himself. Jeff was assigned to the submarine USS Georgia which was under construction. This assignment in overseeing the installation of electronic and computer equipment gave Jeff the experience in problem solving and multitasking that allowed him to be successful in many different endeavors. Jeff serves as a volunteer officer with the U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps. Jeff and his wife have been married for 32 years, are the parents of four grown children and they have three granddaughters.
